I recently interviewed Jay Sugarman, CEO of Safehold (SAFE) and iSTAR (STAR). My team and I purchased shares in STAR in June 2021 and since that time, STAR has returned 55%. We also purchased shares in SAFE in June 2021, and since that time SAFE has returned 27.7%.
